IGP TOOLS distributes to Canada and the US market two ranges of CNC tools manufactured by ADI srl in Italy.

Standard and UHS products.

The UHS products for CNC have been developed by ADI based on their automotive technology to answer the customer’s need for high speed and long life tooling.

This technology exhibits not only high speed, but also longer life with excellent profile retention.

This range of UHS tools is suitable both for float and laminated glass.

IGP Tools also offers a reprofiling service in NC which can restore the profile to original factory specifications.

THE NEXT GENERATION TOOLS by IGP Tools

The UHS routers, that IGP launched into the US market some years ago, exhibit less vibration, reduced chipping, extremely long life with a useful diamond height of 25 mm.This enable it to be stepped twice on 10 and 12mm glass thickness.

OUR HISTORY

IGP was established in 1982 and its history began with small production batches of Resin Bonded Diamond Tools for the glass industry with very few but well organized employees.

In 1998 the Company grew by adding to the production of tools, also the reselling of accessories related to the glass industry.

The product range offered to the customer grew to include: cerium oxide, coolant, flocculant, dressing sticks, suction pods and other accessories related to the glass industry.
