Our company was founded in 1996 when Dick Dalton turned his napkin drawings into high performance fertilizer application equipment. Dalton Ag Products has become a market leader in manufacturing ammonia tool bars, dry fertilizer spreaders, liquid nitrogen applicators, and wagon chassis for ammonia tanks. In 2007, Dalton Ag Products was sold to Cox Manufacturing Company. Our company still resides in Iowa's heartland and continues to operate as Dalton Ag Products. Rob Cox took over as President of the company and Dick Dalton made sure the plant was operating to its fullest potential as General Manager until he retired in January of 2014. 2021, our 25th Anniversary, saw Rob Cox become CEO of Dalton Ag Products and Heith Kitzman become President. Dalton Ag's experienced management team continues to grow the company through hard work, innovation, and dependable customer service to our current and future customers. Our customers' needs are our top priority and that continues far beyond the purchase and delivery of our low-cost heavy duty equipment.
