Project Spotlight: Coffee Company – Ephrata, PA 🏗️

A fresh brew is coming to Wildflower Commons! ABI is proud to be the plan reviewer and code inspector for the new 2,400 SF Coffee Company — a cozy new coffee house designed to bring warmth and community to Ephrata.

With CGA Architects leading the design and CGA Construction managing the build, this project is crafted with care from the ground up. ABI ensures every phase meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance — because great spaces start with solid foundations.

We’re excited to support this vibrant addition to the local landscape!
