Last week completed this 10x12 shed for a customer in Levittown pa.

Previous shed had the electrical wires rubbing on the back side of the roof. Definitely a fire hazard, & township made customer fix.

So we tore down the old shed and built off the existing pad. We made adjustments with the roof so wires didn’t make contact with the roof.
T1-11 for the exterior walls & soffit.
Pressure treated 2x6 board around the bottom to keep the T1-11 off the ground & from rotting.
32x80 steel door with exterior brick molding trim.
2x6 roof rafters, 1/2 inch plywood.
Synthetic felt & ice and water shield around perimeter.
GAF charcoal grey shingles with black drip edge metal.
Finished with agreeable grey exterior paint.
