🔨 Another challenging project across the finish line!
C&H was brought in to take over a 50' x 100' medical ma*****na facility that had been started and abandoned by the previous owner.
Our first step was to inspect the existing building, determine what had been completed, identify what still needed to be done, and develop a plan to get the project finished.
This building also presented some unique structural challenges. Instead of a conventional PEMB system, it utilizes red iron columns and trusses combined with cold-formed Girts and purlins. We had to work with the existing structure and develop a practical approach to complete the building properly.
The result? An abandoned, unfinished project transformed into a completed building ready for the owner's next phase.
