We’re hiring an Install Technician with carpentry or construction experience to join our installation team. This is a hands-on role working in residential and commercial settings installing windows, doors, glass, and related products.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Install windows, doors, glass, mirrors, and related products
- Assist with measurements, layout, and proper fitting of materials
- Work alongside a team to complete jobs efficiently and accurately
- Maintain clean and organized job sites and company vehicles
- Communicate professionally with customers on-site
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Support other installation projects as needed

Qualifications:
- Carpentry, construction, or similar hands-on experience preferred
- Familiarity with construction environments, job site expectations, and safety practices
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Position Requirements:
- Employment Status: Full-time, hourly position
- Work Location: Lewis-Clark Valley and surrounding areas
- Schedule: Monday–Friday with flexibility for overtime based on workload and project
- Attendance: Consistent, reliable attendance and punctuality are required to support team
operations and job schedules
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver 50+ lbs regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods
- Ability to work on ladders and at varying heights
- Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments, including varying weather conditions
- Ability to safely handle glass and construction materials
