🔨 We spend every day building incredible projects for our customers and we also get to build for ourselves, too!

Here's a peek at two projects our crew has been working on right here at home:

A brand-new storage building going up to house the tools and machinery behind our our ACM fabrication work. More organization, more efficiency, more room to do what we do best.

A beautiful stone perimeter wall right outside our ACM building. Our own property deserves that signature quality finish we bring to every customer job.

When we're not building for you, we're building for us. And we wouldn't have it any other way.

When the plan changes, great teams adapt!

One of our favorite traditions at PSC/RCI is gathering the whole team for our quarterly State of the Company meeting, and this one did not disappoint.

Our focus this quarter is Be Efficient, and our team demonstrated exactly what that means. Teams tackled building challenges including tallest structure, a bridge, and a water display, only to have the rules change mid-build. Twice. What came next was pure teamwork: adapting, communicating, and getting it done together.

That's who we are and we are grateful for every single person on this team!

🌟 We’re proud to share a couple of well-earned leadership updates within our team. 🌟

Mathias Miller has been named Director of Estimating, overseeing all estimating, sales, and business development across PSC, RCI, and our ACM department.

Kelly Barth has been named Director of People and Culture, leading HR functions and continuing to strengthen a culture where our employees want to work, stay, and thrive.

Grateful for the leadership, dedication, and steady impact both bring to the organization every day.

ZERO. PUNCH. LIST.

That's not a phrase we throw around. It's a standard.

For us, a zero punch list mentality drives how we lead projects every single day. It changes the decisions in the field, raising the bar on planning and forces us to think ahead instead of fixing later. It changes how we communicate with the customer.

The truth is punch lists don't happen at the end of the job. They're created (or prevented) every day along the way.

Think about it this way...
No one would accept a brand new truck with a missing mirror and say, "No problem. I'll bring it back later."

Why should construction be any different?

A zero punch list looks like:
• Doing things the right way
• Catching the small things before they become big things
• Holding the line on quality when it’s easier not to
• Finishing what we start completely

Most importantly it shows our customers exactly how much we value what they're building. When the final inspection comes, the goal is confidence.

A zero punch list isn't the exception for us. It's the expectation.

Our work on the Bear Run Bridge in Bald Eagle State Forest, was highlighted in the DCNR Design and Construction Journal!

This project was led by Zach Rine and Bill Taylor, whose leadership and commitment helped bring it to life. We’re incredibly proud of the work delivered and grateful for the strong partnership with DCNR that made it all possible.

Projects like this reflect what’s possible through collaboration, craftsmanship, and a shared commitment to quality.

What a view!

Our leadership recently stepped away from the day-to-day to spend focused time together planning for the second quarter.

These off site sessions are a pivotal part of our success. They create the space to align goals, challenge ideas and ensure we're moving forward with clarity and purpose. By the end of the day, there was clear, unified direction around priorities and the path ahead.

Energized for what's ahead and ready to execute with focus on what matters most.

And yes, breakfast was great and lunch was so delicious no one paused long enough to photograph the homemade pizza!
