🎉 Congratulations to Maggie Ferguson on her promotion to Project Manager!

Maggie set her sights on becoming a PM from day one, and her dedication and drive got her there. She's been leading our Tioga County Salt Shed project, handling everything from coordinating subcontractors to keeping milestones like concrete pours and truss installation on schedule. That's exactly the kind of leadership that earned her this promotion.

We couldn't be prouder of her, and we can't wait to see what she takes on next. Congratulations, Maggie!

We recently brought everyone together for our Q2 State of the Company Meeting. This quarter, we made it a point to let our team recognize each other for the outstanding work accomplished. It was a powerful moment to see our people celebrate each other!

Check out what the ACM department at our sister company does to make a big impact on their projects!

Did you know? 👀

When preparing to manufacture and install ACM panels or other exterior facade materials, we use a Leica RTC360 3D Laser Scanner to capture exact measurements of the building's exterior. Paired with the Cyclone FIELD 360 App for in field verification, the scan data exports directly into AutoCAD, allowing us to build precise 3D models before a single panel is made.

The payoff: fewer return trips to the field, panels manufactured to fit right the first time, and dimensions accurate within a few millimeters, so nothing gets missed.

It's a small piece of equipment that makes a big difference in how efficiently and accurately we deliver facade projects.
