The GE Lewistown team is extremely proud of our local 13 year-old Babe Ruth League baseball team for winning the NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP last night! They embodied a "never give up", "don't ever quit", victorious attitude throughout their journey... through district, regional, state, and national championship tournaments. Way to go, boys!!

Check out this very touching video about our local company’s founder, Gene Larson, and learn about what inspired him to work in the field of ultrasonic technology. Gene founded Aerotech Laboratories in 1965, the company that is now our GE Inspection Technologies business in Lewistown. In 1973, he founded Echo Laboratories, which is now part of the Philips Medical Systems business in the Lewistown area. 51 years later, Gene’s impact can be clearly felt in Central Pennsylvania, with well over 650 jobs here due to his leadership. And, at 73, Gene is still creating businesses, building a legacy, and giving back in big ways.
