Summer in Texas isn’t “coming soon.”
It’s loading… and it doesn’t play nice. 🔥
Before we’re all triple-digit temperatures deep, here are a few quick things every homeowner should check on their HVAC system:
✅ Change your air filter – If you can’t remember the last time you changed it, it’s time. A dirty filter can increase energy bills and strain your system.
✅ Clear debris around your outdoor unit – Leaves, grass, and clutter block airflow. Give it 2–3 feet of breathing room.
✅ Listen for unusual noises – Buzzing, rattling, or hard starts are early warning signs.
✅ Test your system now – Don’t wait until the first 100° day to find out something isn’t working.
Every summer I see the same thing:
Small, preventable issues turn into expensive emergency breakdowns.
At Koala-T Heating & Air, we believe in Faith, Value, Integrity, and Quality — which means we’d rather help you prevent a problem than profit from one.
If you’d like:
• A seasonal system check
• A second opinion
• Or just honest advice from a local business owner
I’m happy to help.
Let’s keep our neighborhood cool, comfortable, and stress-free this summer.
