Today, we recognize National Day of the Deployed and the service members who are away from home serving our nation.

Deployment asks a great deal of our military personnel — and of the families, friends and communities who support them from home. We’re grateful for the dedication, sacrifice and commitment of those serving around the world.

To every deployed service member: thank you for your service, and know that your mission matters.

The Jacksonville team has another question for the office whiteboard:

Does Lightning McQueen have car insurance or life insurance?

We’re not sure there’s a correct answer here, but we definitely want to hear yours. Cast your vote in the comments — and bonus points for a convincing argument.

Happy Birthday to the United States Navy.

For over 250 years, the Navy has answered the call to defend our nation at sea, in the air and around the world. ASEC is proud to support the sailors, aviators and missions that make that service possible.

Here’s to its years of service, sacrifice and naval tradition — and to the generations who continue to carry the mission forward.

Happy Birthday, Navy.

The Jacksonville team is debating an important question, and they want to know where our audience stands:

Who is the best Spider-Man?

Tobey Maguire. Andrew Garfield. Or Tom Holland?

Our team has their opinions. Now it’s your turn. Cast your vote in the comments — and defend your choice if you’re feeling passionate about it.

Warfighter of the Month: Mike Welch

At ASEC, our people are at the heart of everything we do. Their experience, dedication and commitment to the mission are what make our work possible.

Each month, we’re proud to recognize a member of our team who goes above and beyond and makes a difference in the work we do and the people around them.

Congratulations, Mike. We’re grateful to have you on Team ASEC.

Parking for a Purpose

At ASEC Jacksonville, one parking spot gets a little more attention than the others.

Our team auctions off a parking spot to raise money for charity, turning a small workplace perk into an opportunity to make a difference. Over the years, those auctions have supported organizations including St. Jude, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, Tunnel to Towers Foundation, K9s For Warriors and Clay County Toys for Tots.

It’s a simple idea, but it says a lot about the people behind ASEC. Giving back doesn’t always have to be complicated — sometimes it starts with a parking spot and a team willing to have a little fun for a good cause.

We’re proud to spotlight the Jacksonville team and the ways they continue to support their community.

Today, we recognize Gold Star Mother's and Family's Day and honor the families whose loved ones made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our nation.

Behind every fallen service member is a family whose strength, resilience, and sacrifice continue long after the uniform is laid to rest. We remember their loved ones, honor their legacy, and extend our deepest gratitude to the families who carry that legacy forward each day.

We stand with Gold Star families today and always.

ASEC Question of the Day: Chips and guacamole, salsa, or queso?

Our Jacksonville team put this one to a vote, and now we want to know where you stand.

Pick your side in the comments: 🥑 Guac | 🌶️ Salsa | 🧀 Queso

Today, we pause to honor America's Prisoners of War and those who remain Missing in Action.

National POW/MIA Recognition Day serves as a reminder that many service members never returned home and that their sacrifices—and the sacrifices of their families—will never be forgotten. It is a day to reaffirm our nation's commitment to accounting for those still missing and to recognize the extraordinary resilience of those who endured captivity.

At ASEC, we honor all who served and remember those whose service and sacrifice continue to inspire us.

On September 18, we celebrate the birthdays of the United States Air Force and the Air National Guard.

Since 1947, the Air Force has led the way in air, space, and cyber operations, protecting our nation's interests around the globe. Alongside them, the Air National Guard has proudly served both state and federal missions, providing critical support during national emergencies, humanitarian missions, and overseas operations.

To all Airmen and Air National Guardsmen—past and present—thank you for your dedication, service, and commitment to defending our nation. Happy Birthday!
