Warning - Do NOT hire Javier Loza of Loza Remodeling.
He does not do quality work, he does not use the right materials for the job, and does not provide complete or clear quotes. We were not worried about cost or timeline, we just wanted the job done right. We told him verbally and in text what we wanted. He did not execute on what we asked. We have had so many issues; we are stuck with an incomplete job that is going to cost us THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS to fix. While he has responded to some messages, he does not show up and always has an excuse. Unprofessional and unacceptable.

We are excited for our next project...to re-side this charming ~100 year old farm house. Our client selected the classic board and batten style siding in white with black trim on the windows.

Our client is a repeat customer. We replaced the roof on this house last fall. Not only was that client a referral to begin with, but they came back to HCB for another project. The best kind of compliment.
