This is a new one we changed out today. This is a good example of all of our change out units. They all come standard with extra Safety switches, new drain pan, blocks, mastic sealed duct connections, digital thermostat, pad, disconnects, and surge protectors with a 5 year labor and 10 year parts warranty. These new A2L refrigerant units are working well and looks good for the future. Call us for a no charge estimate if your unit is older, out of warranty, excessive repairs, or not efficient any more.

Spend a little time with the customer that’s been with me since the beginning. We sit in the backyard soaking up some nice warm sun. We will be replacing the air conditioner tomorrow that I installed 20 years ago. She’s been under service the whole time and the unit still looks like the day we put it in. i’m thankful for our loyal customers.

The first picture is the old unit. The second picture is how far we had to tear it down to get it out of the building. Not all units can be removed in one piece. This one had to be tore all the way apart to get it out. One down and one to go on this job. We will start setting the units back tomorrow and have to be completed by Sunday for the church to have service.
