Local Design-Build Remodeling Firm Based in Lexington & Serving the Midlands of South Carolina

Another Lexington, SC kitchen remodel in the books! ✨

Super grateful our Team got to be a part of this one, from Pre-Construction design through ex*****on. One of our favorite parts of this project was finding the balance between preserving what worked & completely rethinking what didn’t.

We were able to keep and refinish the existing back wall of cabinetry. We said goodbye to the original, two-tier angled island & built a spacious, custom centerpiece designed for real everyday living. Paired with a few thoughtful updates throughout, the whole space now feels open, inviting, & ready for everything from busy weekday breakfasts to big family gatherings for years to come.

Shoutout to our talented, local trade partners who teamed up with us to pull all the details together.

South Carolina's temperatures can be all over the place. Because of that, we love getting to help folks create spaces they're able to enjoy year-round while maintaining the indoor/outdoor connection.

We got to turn this screened porch into a beautiful extension of the home, to be enjoyed when it's AND when it's SC's version of freezing cold. We maintained some details that keep the space's original personality while bringing everything into its new chapter.

We failed. 😉

Tried & failed to pick one of our favorite photos of this Chapin, SC kitchen & we just couldn't. So, here are a few.

Every space we bring to life is an expression of our client's personality. We don't do cookie cutter, we honor every space as its own & celebrate that every client we work with is unique. This Lexington, SC bathroom remodel was no exception. What's your favorite detail?

Sometimes we get to breathe new life into existing cabinetry. For this kitchen remodel, we're refinishing the back wall of cabinetry, painting everything Sherwin-Williams Clary Sage. Then, we're building a new custom island to compliment the kitchen's existing layout & functionality. Looking forward to our clients enjoying this space when we finish up!

Project Complete. ✔️

We got to take this screened porch & totally transform it into an extension of the home, another space to entertain & gather. Custom millwork, cabinetry, & countless other details that make this space feel like it was always meant to be this way. We love getting to bring out the personality in so many Midlands homes with our clients.

While our clients are getting settled & we're wrapping up final details, wanted to share some shots of this recently completed project's personality. Every detail chosen with intention & thought, creating a space our clients will enjoy for years to come. 👏

There’s always a little bit of mystery behind old drywall or under old flooring. Demo is the step of the project where we finally get to peek behind the curtain & make sure the foundation for our remodel design is rock solid. Finding unexpected variables isn't a setback—it’s the moment our Team gets to do what we do best: problem-solve & adapt before we start putting things back together again.

Shout out to some of our awesome demo partners Clutter-Less
