JOB DESCRIPTION: We have an immediate need for four (4) Group Leaders at our Rivian customer site in Normal, IL. The Group Leader is the front-line supervisory position in our organization, leading a critical process cleaning crew in a manufacturing plant operating continuous shifts. This vital position is the backbone of our organization. This role is the gateway to other management opportunities and future managers for the site, region, and company as a whole are selected and groomed here.
REQUIREMENTS:
2 years’ supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment required. Lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, 6-Sigma or continuous improvement are desired.
Automotive paint shop experience desired
SERVICES PERFORMED AT SITE: Critical process cleaning for an OEM automotive manufacturer.
SHIFT DETAILS:
Group Leader #1: Rotating Shift - Week 1: Mon-Fri 1:30pm-11:00pm, Week 2: Mon-Wed, Sat & Sun 1:30pm-11:00pm
Group Leader #2: Rotating Shift - Week 1: Mon-Fri 9:30pm-7:00am, Week 2: Mon-Wed, Sat & Sun 9:30pm-7:00am
Group Leader #3: Mon-Fri 10:00pm-6:30am, moving forward one day each week.
Group Leader #4: Thur-Sun 6:00am-4:30pm
