Feature Friday – Dan Cummins Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Georgetown

The new state-of-the-art Dan Cummins Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Georgetown is officially complete and open.

This more than 56,000 SF dealership development was designed to create a modern customer experience while supporting expanded operations with a nearly 20,000 SF service shop, expansive showroom, and multiple second-floor office spaces.

Project highlights include:
• Large glass entry vestibule
• Storefront glass overlook from second-floor offices
• Pre-engineered metal service building paired with a conventional steel front dealership
• Over 40,000 CY of stone and dirt moved
• More than 1,000 CY of concrete poured

We are incredibly grateful to have partnered with Downtown Lexington Partnership for another great Downtown Deep Dive event and to help showcase the vision behind Carson's Back Porch.

Our Vice President of Business Development and Lexington Region, Blanton Coates, joined Jayme Jackson, Mark Fichtner, and Ross Boggess to discuss the vision and collaboration behind bringing Carson’s Back Porch to life.

At Deanbuilds, we are relationship-driven, and partnering with Mark and Jayme on this project was truly something special for our team. We believe having a great client is just as important as being a great general contractor. Successful projects are built on trust, collaboration, and shared vision, and Carson’s Back Porch is a perfect example of what can be accomplished when you have the right team working together.

The Origin Park Event Center is taking shape in Clarksville, Indiana, along the banks of the Ohio River.

This 14,000 SF event venue features striking architectural details and an expansive open layout designed to foster connection, creating a premier destination for gatherings, celebrations, and community events.

The space include a hybrid mass timber glulam structure with long-span capabilities, a geothermal system, solar integration, and thoughtfully designed site elements that blend seamlessly with the surrounding landscape.

Last week AGC of Kentucky, Inc. hosted its annual conference at The Campbell House, featuring engaging keynote speakers, informative breakout sessions, and the presentation of the Build Kentucky Awards during the luncheon.

We are proud to share that Deanbuilds received an AGC of Kentucky Build Kentucky Award for Gatton Park on the Town Branch.

Representing our team on stage to accept the award were Cole Begley, Director of Field Operations; Marik Black, Laborer; Zach Zourakis, Project Engineer and Antonio Roman, Project Manager. Their presence reflects the collective effort of the many individuals who contributed to the success of this transformational project.

Gatton Park on the Town Branch is a landmark space for the Lexington community, featuring the interactive water play area, the iconic Grist Mill Tower, and a flexible amphitheater lawn designed for performances and large gatherings. This award is a testament to the collaboration, craftsmanship, and dedication poured into every phase of the project.

We are grateful to our project partners like the Elaine Allen LLC., the Gatton Park On The Town Branch team, and Sasaki for the impact this space will have on Lexington for generations to come.
