ISG is honored to be the providing the turnkey sign system for Tulsa Premium Outlets, another ground-up outlet center developed by our long-time partners at Simon Property Group. Spanning 325,000 square feet set on ~50 acres, the new outdoor shopping experience will feature up to 80 upscale brands and is set to open in the summer of 2024. Thanks to Simon for another opportunity to put our mark on a high profile project.

ISG is excited to announce that we are under contract to execute rebranding and reprogramming of the sign system at Hall Park in Frisco, TX. With a 15-building office park and 2.2 million square feet of office space, it is being transformed into the premiere mixed-use development in Frisco with the addition of a luxury residential high-rise, boutique hotel, executive suites, and eateries all around a programmed community park. ISG will provide nearly 70 custom freestanding signs as part of project identity and wayfinding upgrades. We are excited to work with our talented friends at RSM Design to bring this to life!

ISG is excited to be the chosen sign fabricator for the new Tanger Outlets Nashville. Positioned in a premiere location off I-24 in Antioch (11 miles from downtown Nashville) this new outlet center will offer 280,000 square feet of leasable space and nearly 70 tenants. ISG is fabricating all the exterior site, wayfinding, and tenant blade signage for what will be an October 2023 opening. We look forward to bringing the design vision of our friends at RSM Design to life!

ISG has been putting the finishing touches on the Omni PGA Frisco Resort just north of Dallas. Located adjacent to the recently relocated headquarters of the PGA of America, this development includes a 500-room high-end Omni resort, ranch houses, (2) championship 18-hole golf courses, a 10-hole par 3 short course, a 2-acre putting green, and golf-themed retail village. This multitude of amenities and attractions make for a destination that will truly become the new home of modern golf. Our skilled team of project managers, design engineers, and craftsmen collaborated to ultimately fabricate and install all of the exterior signs on the property. It’s mid-November, which means you can count on ISG to be re-branding a few shopping centers in different parts of the country in advance of the holiday shopping season. This gateway portal section leaves for The Mall at Rockingham Park in Salem, NH today.

Our team is excited to be wrapping up a complex and extensive scope at Phipps Plaza. This project incorporated custom elements of all types and challenged our skilled craftsmen and design engineers alike. In addition to fabricating nearly 2,000 signs for this premiere Buckhead development, we also fabricated the back-lit feature wall (first photo) as well as the exterior stainless steel wall at the new entrance (third photo). The custom signage and architectural elements provided by ISG served a brand new Nobu Hotel, two (2) office towers, and the re-work of most of the parking deck and site signs.

9/11 remembrance became a bit more inspirational and personal for the team at ISG this year. We were challenged by the City of Jeffersontown, KY to design/build two (2) commemorative glass towers that would become the centerpiece of a First Responders Remembrance Plaza in their downtown. One of the towers features steel and concrete artifacts from the actual towers. The towers were unveiled at a dedication ceremony last night.

ISG put the finishing touches on yet another project designed by , this time in their back yard at Perimeter Summit in Brookhaven, GA. The scope included rebranding the entire Class A office campus in a way that promoted the state-of-the-art amenities that their corporate and residential users enjoy. From refreshing the entry monuments and vehicular directionals to providing new regulatory and street signage, we were able to give this first-class development the face-lift it deserved.
