Our team is currently working for the County of Lexington, SC to demo the second vehicular bridge as part of ongoing infrastructure improvements in Columbia, SC. This phase is a key step toward replacing the existing structure and enhancing safety and reliability for the traveling public.

We’re proud to be working with South Carolina Department of Transportation on ongoing improvements along Bluff Road! 🚧

Our team is currently installing new sidewalks and bike lanes designed to enhance pedestrian safety and improve accessibility for the community. These upgrades will create a safer, more connected corridor for both residents and visitors.

Big things are happening in Lexington! ⚡️

Our electrical crew is currently onsite at the new Target location, hard at work running conduit and pouring concrete pads in preparation for the upcoming transformer installation. This critical phase will help power not just the store, but the entire shopping center.

⚠️ UPDATE from Lexington County Public Works

ARCHERS LANE between TWIN CREEK CT and HUNTERS BLIND DR (Bridge 6735) will be closed for bridge replacement beginning today, Monday, March 2, 2026.

The contractor for the project has installed message boards along the roadway to notify the traveling public of the road closure. A signed detour is in place. Removal and replacement of Bridge 6735 is anticipated to take nine (9) months or until further notice.

Big progress on Archers Lane! 🚧

Paving is now complete on the first of our two bridge projects for the County of Lexington, SC, and we’re one step closer to reopening the bridge to the community.

We know how important this roadway is for local traffic, and we appreciate everyone’s patience during construction.

Thank you to the County, AECOM and our hardworking crew for keeping things moving forward safely and efficiently.

We’re looking forward to opening it back up soon!

USC Sumter Outdoor Classroom & Pavilion 🏗️

Great progress is being made on the USC Sumter Outdoor Classroom and Pavilion! Concrete work and custom columns have been successfully poured, and the project is really starting to take shape.

We’re excited to see this space come together and can’t wait to see it utilized as an engaging outdoor learning environment for students and faculty.
