A look at what we've been building.

This aerial view captures Marrillia scaling up.

In 2025, we acquired this office complex with the help of our partners at Block+Lot Real Estate. The building outlined in orange is now our new corporate headquarters — the 15,000 SF home of Marrillia Design and Construction.

The building in green is something special: a complete renovation and adaptive reuse turning the second building into an 18,000 SF childhood development center for LeafSpring School — completed in just 5½ short months.

Two buildings, one property, and a whole lot of vision brought to life. Excited for what's next.
