There’s just something about getting the whole crew in one room 👏

Our monthly service meetings are more than just updates — we cover safety, talk through concerns, celebrate wins, welcome new faces, and actually get some real time together (imagine that 😏).

Meetings like this matter because they keep everyone aligned, strengthen communication across the team, and make sure we’re all showing up better for each other and our customers every single day.

And let’s be honest… the chicken minis don’t hurt either 🐔

Shoutout to our awesome team — including our accounting crew (Hi Ladies!👋🏻) — for showing up, staying sharp, and keeping things moving.

👑💜💛 Fat Tuesday Fun 💛💜👑

We celebrated Fat Tuesday the best way we know how… with a delicious king cake and a little friendly competition.

And wouldn’t you know it — Tricia Gordon (our amazing AR specialist) pulled the smallest baby ever on the SECOND cut. 🎉😂 Guess that means it was meant to be!

🏥 Behind the Scenes: The CPS Controls & Building Automation Team

We’re proud to spotlight our Controls (Building Automation) Team and their recent work at local Kentucky regional hospitals. The photos tell the story—from a group shot taken at our recent Christmas party, showing the majority of our dedicated Controls department (and no… the guy with the long beard is not a member of ZZ Top), to Jimmy flashing that signature smile next to newly installed controls equipment, along with a few more examples of their great work in the field.

What sets CPS apart? We have an entire department dedicated solely to Controls and Building Automation. This specialized team focuses on helping buildings operate smarter, safer, and more efficiently every day.

So, what is Building Automation?
Building automation systems automatically manage HVAC, temperature, airflow, scheduling, alarms, and energy usage. In healthcare environments, this is especially critical and helps provide:

*Consistent comfort for patients and staff
*Improved energy efficiency
*Real-time system monitoring and reliability
*Support for critical, 24/7 facility operations

This team may work behind the scenes, but their impact is felt every day. We’re proud of the knowledge, precision, and commitment they bring to every project.

💪 Project Spotlight! 💪

recently completed a project out at Tri-County Ford in Buckner, KY, where our crew installed three 15-ton rooftop units (RTUs).

For anyone unfamiliar — an RTU (Rooftop Unit) is a powerhouse HVAC system that provides heating, cooling, and ventilation for large commercial spaces. These units help keep both the showroom and service areas comfortable year-round.

Proud to keep another Kentucky business running strong! 👏
