I have my complete powder coating set up for sale. Includes pretty much everything that you need to get started powder coating from day one. Make all your parts look awesome, and coat parts for others and pay for the equipment in no time. Here is a basic list of what is included, I am sure that I am forgetting a few little things here and there.

12000 Watt electric oven. Runs off of 4 3000 Watt stove elements.
A few extra elements
Inside dimensions are 4'x4'x7,8"
Rolling cart that goes into the oven. Has several cross bars for hanging parts off of.
I have done full size rear axles, Ranch Hand bumpers, cast iron tubs etc.
Double door front full height.
Glass viewing window
Flip open hatch for taking temps
2 ceiling lights, need new wiring to make them functional
Circulation fan
PID controller for temperature
4" mineral wool insulation

Columbia Coatings Koot Kote 2.0 DPW gun.
2 hoppers to spray from
Extra electrodes and diffuser cones.

Several different size rolls of high temp masking tape
Various sizes of silicon plugs and caps125 and .250 S hooks for hanging parts..... around 50 of each
Hangers for powder coating wheels

Plugs and stands for coating Yeti/RTIC type tumblers
Rack for holding 20 or so cups in the oven at once

Over 200 pounds of various powders.... Solids, metallics, candies, clears, glow in the dark, flakes

Most powders are from Prismatic or Columbia Coatings, and a few others.

Spray to waste booth. 16ga wall and ceiling panels with 2 lights.

I have 2 Hobart Champion gas powered stick welders for sale. Both units are also 10000 watt generators as well. Both of them are missing the mother board so they won't weld or charge but I have been able to start both of them. They both have 23hp Kohler engines. They need the circuit board and a battery for each one. Circuit board is available from several places for just under 500 bucks. I had planned on restoring them but plans have changed and I need them gone. I'm asking $2000 for the pair or $1250 each. Cash talks though. They are located in Lexington KY 40504. Pretty sad. Not had hot water for 3 days now. Only answer I can get from the front desk is that they are aware of it. That's it. No explanation, no estimated date that it will be back on, nothing. This is complete crap. You charge 2K a month for a room and this is the service we get? Not to mention the dirty dirty room when I checked in with the gigantic hairball on my bed with footprints on the pillow case.

Got this awesome sign finished up the other day as well. Double sided 36"x19" on 1/8" steel. Used a primer base, hand sanded, followed by satin white and logo done in RAL 6027 and RAL 7030. Topped off with Super Durable Wet Clear. All powders were from . This was round 2 on doing this sign because I accidentally shot super mirror white for the top coat instead of clear. Lesson learned, check your powder containers very closely, and then check again before shooting to make sure you have the right color. Had to strip it and start completely over. @ GDS Metal Worx

Just got this project finished up. It's about 5' wide and 18" tall. Wood backer is from new 1x6 pine #2. Pocket holes, Staples, nails, screws and glue used to put together. Wood was then sandblasted and finished with several colors of stain and torching and topped off with a satin clear. The letters are cut from 14 gauge steel with 3 studs on each letter. Through drilled in the wood and inserted through. Will hang off of a 36" cleat mounted to studs behind the reception desk. Letters were powder coated with RAL 2003 and RAL 5002 from . @ GDS Metal Worx

I finally got a design for this year's Christmas ornaments done. We have them out at the Southern Lights in a limited quantity tonight. Will be bringing more as I can make them up for the next 2 weeks. They are available in green, blue, clear and patina tonight. Come out and see us and get a few.
