Before and after pictures of an exterior renovation we just completed for past clients. When they purchased the home it came with an odd pool and bridge at the front entrance way. This was a complicated project supporting the porch roof while removing all the old concrete. After demolition a new slab was poured and then large 1000 lb concrete cast pieces were carefully installed to create the new porch area. The porch is supported by six 6x8 white oak timbers and the roof was extended at an angle to match the gable ends of the house.

Putting the finishing touches on the laundry lodge we have been working on. This laundry center is situated in the middle of the woods and comes with a full bath, sitting room with wet bar, TV and an outdoor space that has a 350k BTU gas fire pit. There will be five swings that we will hang next week. This was originally an enclosed metal building built in the early 1980s. It's always fun to pull out some creative elements we haven't done before.
