We also offer pre-construction services and FFE procurement and scheduling. We typically contract with our customers through the use of standardized contracts. We commonly work with the Consensus Documents Suite and AIA formats. We have operated as a licensed general contractor is several states including: Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Virginia, and West Virginia.
