Granite Concrete is looking for motivated, reliable people to join our team across several roles:

Batch Plant Operator
Run our concrete batch plant, manage production schedules, take customer orders, and coordinate with drivers to ensure on-time deliveries.

CDL Driver
Operate ready mix trucks, end dumps, and other specialty units in support of our concrete and materials delivery operations.

Equipment Operator
Run excavators, loaders, dozers, graders, and more across a range of heavy civil construction environments.

Heavy Equipment Mechanic
Keep our heavy equipment and diesel fleet running through diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance.

Laborer
Support field operations on construction projects. No prior experience required, just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Superintendent
Plan and lead field operations on heavy civil construction projects, directing crews and managing daily work at the site level.

Granite Concrete is hiring, and we're looking for people who know how to work.

Heavy Equipment Mechanics: If you can diagnose and repair diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electronic controls on excavators, loaders, dozers, graders, mixers, dump trucks, and semis, we need you. Shop, yard, and field work.

CDL Drivers: We run mixers, conveyors, end dumps, side and belly dumps, boom trucks, and specialty units. If you have a valid CDL, a clean record, and you know how to operate professionally on a job site or at a plant, let's talk.

Here's one of the most common mix-ups in construction: cement and concrete are not the same thing. Cement is an ingredient — a binding powder. Concrete is the finished product, made from cement, water, aggregates, and sometimes admixtures.

You pour concrete. You don't pour cement. Now you know. 😄

Planning a large pour? Communication is everything.

Give us as much lead time as possible, confirm your exact volume the day before, and have a backup plan if conditions change. Large pours require coordinated truck sequencing, so the more we know upfront, the smoother your day goes.

Not all sand is the same. Mason sand is fine and clean — ideal for mortar and plaster. Concrete sand is coarser, perfect for mix design. Fill sand works for grading and compaction.
