The LIBERAL Public Water System 2025 Annual Water Quality Report (Consumer Confidence Report) is now available on line athttp://dnr.mo.gov/ccr/MO5010465.pdf . The CCR is not being mailed but the web address is printed on the utility bill, it is available at City Hall, on the city website, as well as Facebook and posted at various public access areas.

Roll off dumpsters are at the dump for the month of May, 2026, or until full whichever comes first. These are for Liberal trash customers only. No tires, paint, batteries, refrigerator items, asbestos (siding or other), or yard waste items. No large appliances, they will pick them up as a large item pickup. This is for Spring cleanup only, not to replace the private need of a roll off dumpster for house demolitions and major remodeling. The key will be at city hall for Liberal sanitation customers.
