We are a fast-growing roofing company in Austin, TX, seeking a Commercial Roof Repair Helper / Laborer to join our team immediately. No prior roofing experience is required—we will train you! Job Responsibilities:
Assist roofers with commercial roof repairs and installations
Move, load, and unload materials
Clean and organize work areas
Follow all safety guidelines
Work at heights and in outdoor weather
Qualifications:
✔️ Comfortable working on roofs and using ladders
✔️ Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
✔️ Must have reliable transportation
✔️ Strong work ethic and punctual
✔️ No roofing experience required—will train
Schedule:
Monday–Friday (some weekends)
Start time: 6:30 AM (varies by season)
