That’s why we use VR training to help our team practice real-world situations before they face them on a jobsite. It allows them to build experience, recognize potential hazards, and strengthen their decision-making skills in a safe environment.

Because safety isn’t just about following rules. It’s about protecting the people who show up every day, work hard, and deserve to make it home to their families at the end of every shift.

Memorial Day is more than a long weekend, a cookout, or the unofficial start of summer. 🇺🇸

It is a day set aside to remember the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. The freedoms, opportunities, and moments we often take for granted exist because of sacrifices that can never truly be repaid.

Today, we honor those heroes, remember their courage, and hold space for the families who continue to carry that loss every day.

As you spend time with loved ones this weekend, we hope there is also a moment of reflection for the true meaning behind Memorial Day.
