Another Gorgeous day in the "Ville! Sun is shining and we have begun our interior renovation of the house at 714 McKinley. We bought and sold it on the same day, so it's already taken, but we constantly have our eyes out for great properties that need a little TLC. Nick builds his custom cabinets and we trim out just like our brand new construction homes. Good Morning, Libertyville! We hear that there is a little bit of a buzz about our new projects at 730 McKinley and 714 McKinley so we thought we would let you all know what's up.
730 McKinley is a project that Chris Lazzaretto will be doing for himself and his fiancee. He will be leaving the existing foundation and garage and rebuilding the house. Watch as this house progresses through the next few months.
714 McKinley is a great ranch home. Nick Lazzaretto will be renovating the inside of the existing home. We will be relocating the current staircase and making the interior open to the kitchen, living area and family room. We will be renovating the existing baths and kitchen---adding Nick's custom signature cabinets and detailed millwork and doors.
