This started as a flooring job and became a plumbing job also. After finishing the flooring, the customer asked about installing the vanity which I could clearly see the drain was no longer attached behind the wall. Upon removing the drywall, I discovered her problem for the last 20 years. A drywall nail in the main stack drain! If there was a problem, I'll solve it. Check out this flooring job! I wanted to lay this flooring down without any transition strips (less trip hazards), done. I had to find some tricking angles for the trim, done. Throw in a kitchen install, 2 bathroom vanities, a wall with bi-fold doors, electrical switches and outlets changed to white, lights installed, rewire a bedroom, can't forget the ceiling fans, leveling the floor from a drop of 3 inches, install one door with the frame and 2 without the frames where I have to make the holes and router for the hinges, and you have a completely new apartment.
