Our current system features Sherwin-Williams Emerald Urethane top coat. We love this system because it is incredibly tough, looks gorgeous, and is a low VOC formula so no headaches!

Please welcome to the stage... Mitchell! Mitchell comes to the team with a natural hand for painting. He attended Elida High School, where he learned basic carpentry and power tool usage. He enjoys hosting friends where he cooks a mean pork tenderloin! In his Skills Assessment, he qualified to be a cut-in specialist with only half a year of experience in the trade. Ladies and gentlemen meet Tyree! Tyree joins the team with a little experience but a truckload of CAN-DO attitude! He is a graduate of Elida High School, enjoys basketball, video games, and cooking. He has already completed his academic training on Exteriors and is working on Interior. His work ethic and inquisitive nature make him a great fit here at NWPC. The Wapak Chamber of Commerce hosted a great event this morning! Thanks to Jarod and Lindsey for all their hard work in the Chamber and being so welcoming.

Met some wonderful business owners and learned valuable take-aways from Brad Smith on how to show our painting team that they are valued.

Brad ended by asking us what one take-away would be... reminding ourselves and anyone we're training that we have to start by being willing to SUCk, so that we can move onto SUCcess! (Business dadpun... you're welcome.)
