Exterior painting starts with preparation! Fiber cement, pressed board, and other materials are designed to drain at the bottoms, but all other areas should be sealed with caulk! Not every seam, this could lock moisture between the siding and the house-- huge party foul! Decks never get caulked joints either, although, we've seen them quoted 😢. Karen and John are clients of ours, and friends. They owned a framing business in Lima for years, helping families capture and display memories. Today, while we were working at their neighbors home (another repeat client), Karen presented us with a beautifully framed print of "The Chase" by Norman Rockwell. The picture is now proudly hanging in our office, a reminder that serving others well is a privilege. Thank you folks, we will remember this one for a while.
