On Friday, 7/24/26, we celebrated an incredible milestone as Chuck Franks retires after 23 years with Superior Forge & Steel.

Chuck’s hard work, dedication, and commitment have left a lasting impact on our team and the company. Over the years, he has been a valued coworker, mentor, and friend, always bringing experience, reliability, and a strong work ethic to everything he did.

While we’re not sure if retirement will lead to a second career as a Walmart greeter, his coworkers certainly had some fun imagining it with the picture they created below! Thankfully, Chuck took the joke just as well as he’s handled everything else over the years—with a great sense of humor!

Thank you, Chuck, for your 23 years of service and the many contributions you’ve made. We wish you all the best as you begin this exciting new chapter. May your retirement be filled with good health, happiness, relaxation, and plenty of time to enjoy Texas with your children and grandchilden!

For more than three decades, Todd has been a valued member of our team, making a lasting impact through his hard work and dedication. His knowledge and wisdom has contributed greatly to our success and has left a legacy that will not be forgotten.
