Recently Completed in Taylor MI ⚒️✅

Full back porch restoration with a precast step.

The project involved a complete removal & restoration. New Blocks core filled & steel reinforced, compacted stone base in the center, bond breaker, flashing & expansion paper as needed, incorporated steel reinforcements throughout the entire cap & used a 4,000 PSI exterior mix + sealer. Resting on a solid footing, this new porch isn’t going anywhere.

The end results are a superior back porch, with a beautiful broom finish, clean tooled edges top & bottom with sealer applied. We also leveled an area of the lawn with fresh topsoil.

We pull permits & handle everything start to finish. When you hire CreekBros, thats who you get on site.

Floor restoration recently completed. ✅

Client wanted the floor more level to install his new LVP & also needed to run new plumbing. We removed that section, Re-poured it & then overlaid the remaining floor 1-3” with 4,000PSI STRT #7 Limestone Super NA. Special order mix design.

Removed tiles, carpet tack strips, sawcut floor & hauled away 6x13 area, installed steel dowels, grinded entire surface with dual head grinder, vacuumed everything up & applied bonding agent over the entire surface area prior to pouring.
