We appreciate the opportunity to participate in today's Agriculture & Energy Roundtable hosted by the Nebraska Farm Bureau in Louisville!

The discussion brought together U.S. Secretary of Energy Chris Wright and members of Nebraska's congressional delegation, including Senators Deb Fischer and Pete Ricketts and Representatives Adrian Smith and Don Bacon.

It was a great opportunity to engage in important conversations about the future of agriculture, energy, and renewable fuels in NE! 🌽🇺🇸

Today, U.S. Department of Energy Assistant Secretary Audrey Robertson visited Green Plains in York, highlighting two important announcements for the future of American-made fuels.

✔️ Up to $60 million in potential funding to advance innovative fuel, chemical, and fertilizer technologies, strengthening domestic energy production and rural economies.

✔️ A new 45Z emissions evaluation process providing an important pathway for fuel producers seeking to qualify for clean fuel production tax credits.

📍 Kearney: RFN President Jacki Fee joined Governor Pillen’s forum, where agriculture and the issues impacting Nebraska producers were part of the conversation.

🚨 Here’s the official release with more details on Governor Pillen’s announcement yesterday. The executive orders provide immediate relief for Nebraska agriculture during harvest:

⛽ 90 days of diesel relief for ag transportation
🚛 Increased weight limits for seasonally produced products and livestock
🇺🇸 A request for a 90-day pause on U.S. diesel exports to help rebuild domestic reserves
