With this heat, make sure your outside units are washed out with a garden hose and your filter is changed or at least checked. Stay cool!

With all the heavy rain we have been getting, make sure the area around your ac unit is clear if debris. Also, the cotton is flying so be sure to wash out your outside units. The heat is coming next week they claim. Be sure to stay ahead of the “little” things so your system runs more effectively.

Make sure to clean off your outside unit with a garden hose. Cottonwood has been flying and clogging up the outside units.
