What happens when you give a group of engineers golf clubs and let them loose inside Memorial Stadium?

Our team had an amazing time participating in Upper Deck Golf and taking in a one-of-a-kind experience at the home of the . The day was filled with friendly competition, plenty of laughs, and an opportunity to spend time together outside the office.
We also celebrated National Boss's Day by surprising Nate with a number dispenser for those waiting their turn to visit his office. We figured it might help keep the line organized.

Most importantly, it was a great reminder that strong teams aren't built only through projects and deadlines. Sometimes they're built through shared experiences, good conversations, and a little friendly competition.

One thing is certain: while we may be good engineers, this outing proved we could definitely use some work on our golf game.

Something exciting is coming to Papillion!

The Learning Experience will soon be opening its newest location, adding another resource for families in the community. REGA is proud to have provided civil engineering and landscape architecture services for this project and look forward to seeing the positive impact it will have for years to come.

Every year, our team takes time to give back to the community we call home. Last week, we rolled up our sleeves for our annual creek cleanup, collecting trash from the creek behind our office and along Old Cheney Road. Small efforts like these help keep our community cleaner, safer, and more enjoyable for everyone.

At REGA, we're committed to improving the communities around us and serving them well, both through our work and through opportunities to give back.

National Planning Month Spotlight - Garden Valley

This week, we're highlighting Garden Valley, a growing residential neighborhood in northwest Lincoln, located just north of the intersection of Superior Street and N. 14th Street. REGA provided drainage and utility design, traffic management, and surveying services to help support the development of this growing community. Today, Garden Valley continues to grow, expanding housing opportunities and contributing to the continued growth of northwest Lincoln.

Yesterday, our leadership team was able to attend AI Catalyst where they explored practical ways organizations are putting AI to work.

One of our biggest takeaways was the importance of developing an AI policy that empowers employees while providing clear safeguards and expectations. We're energized by the ideas, tools, and real-world applications we discovered and look forward to putting them into practice across REGA.

📍 Where's REGA? Future 7Brew Site | Omaha, Nebraska

It's not every day you see the company president out measuring private utility locates, but that's exactly where Nate was this week at a future 7 Brew site in Omaha.

By documenting and verifying private utility locations in the field, he's helping provide the accurate information needed to move the design forward. It's a good reminder that great engineering starts with understanding existing conditions, and that hands-on involvement matters at every level.
