SRS is the manufacturer of synthetic and faux stone veneer. This type of stone manufacturing requires a day-to-day molding, casting, de-molding and cleaning/finalizing products to fulfill customer orders.

This position will see the Precast Laborer carry out all phases of the casting process to include but not limited to: Prepping, Casting, Demolding, and Finishing precast panels.

Day to do duties are as follows:

- Prepare tools and precast molds for casting.
- Prepare and mix proprietary formula for use in casting assembly line.
- Cast individual products and panels.
- Clean and finalize precast panels and products
- As a team, clean all tools and work stations at the end of the day

Skills needed:
- Attention to detail, ability to follow and repeat a set formula.
- General understanding of construction is a plus.
- Ability to use or willingness to learn standard hand Grinder and power tools
- Ability to work around/with concrete/cementitious products.
- Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures.
- Understanding and or willingness to learn repetitious production line manufacturing.
- Ability and willingness to do the same tasks each day. This job is a production line job and is repetitious!!

Requirements:
- Absolutely drug-free. Drug offenses will be terminated immediately.
- Be able to show up on time and consistently.
- Reliable transportation to work.

Shift:
- Monday - Friday
- 7:00am - 4:00pm
- Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays Off

Salary:
- Starting pay is $14/hr.
- After 90 days of showing consistency in punctuality, minimal unexcused absences and proficiency in job tasks, pay advances to $15/hr.

- Ability to work around/with concrete/cementitious products.
