Window Installer (Full-time job)
Ruhlman Eilers Construction is looking for a residential window installer to join our team. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to homeowners and contractors, along with effectively communicating with customers and coworkers.
Daily tasks include deliver and install windows, doors and storm doors in existing homes from start to finish, manually load/unload material on/off a truck/trailer, read and measure materials with a tape measure, read and use a level, use and work on a ladder or scaffolding. Experience is an advantage but not critical. Generally, a carpenter’s skill set best suits this job, but we provide additional onsite training.
Installer will also be responsible for maintaining company vehicle in accordance with company policy and follow company safety regulations and any other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor and team lead. Power Tools and equipment necessary to perform the job will be provided. Hand tools and belt are the responsibility of employee.
You are required to be motivated & work in team environment. We offer consistent work and GUARANTEE 40 hours plus overtime is always possible. Immediate start, Competitive wages(depending on experience), paid bi-weekly, paid holidays and paid time off.
