Comfort Consultant, Jon Becker, recently joined Grow Lincoln to talk about HVAC replacement, summer heatwaves, and how John Henry’s keeps up when emergency calls spike during peak season.

Jon shared how our CSR, dispatch, and technician teams work together to ensure fast service and that every customer has a plan in place. He also highlighted the importance of regular HVAC maintenance—especially filter changes at least four times a year—and noted that commercial systems require even more frequent checks. John Henry’s continues to meet demand by hiring for personality and training for skill.
