We sponsored the Secret Handshake Competition and for a 2nd conceutive year, Jermaine Theboss Johnson coordinated the prize of Omaha Steaks.

This year’s champion stood atop the podium with Jermaine's meat. Congratulations to, Holly Jolly Rottmann for taking home some tasty treats🔥🥩

Get ready to light that torch... 🔥 The 2026 CondOlympics are coming to town! 🏋️‍♀️ 🏊‍♀️ 🤸‍♂️ Here's a peek behind the scenes of the 2026 Committee, working hard so we can play hard.

The annual MCD CondOlympics is a party for a seriously good cause. We’re proud to be a sponsor alongside other reputable businesses that service and support the Community Association industry.

There will be tournament winners all day for pool, bags, darts, ping-pong, best dressed, and a portion of the proceeds going to the Special Olympics (more than $250,000 raised over the last 25 years!).

🏃‍♂️💙 The 1st Annual CAI-IL Family 5K was a success!

What a great morning at Ginger Creek Pavilion in Oak Brook for the CAI-IL Family 5K — Community Advocacy on the Run. From check-in to the final finishers crossing the line, the energy, support, and sense of community were incredible.

Events like this remind us that our industry isn’t just about buildings and budgets - it’s about people, families, and strengthening the communities we serve.

Proud to be part of a chapter that continues to create meaningful opportunities to connect beyond the job site. And we're already looking forward to next year, and making this an annual tradition!

🕒 Timelapse time! Here’s a satisfying look at a triple basin replacement in action.

The concrete around this setup was collapsing into the sewer system... again. It was repaired about three years ago, but unfortunately, it wasn’t done the right way the first time. That’s where we came in.

This time?
✅ Proper prep
✅ Proper materials
✅ Done the right way.

Because when the fix doesn’t hold, it becomes more than just a maintenance issue - it’s a recurring problem that can create safety risks, structural damage, and whole lot of frustration for everyone involved.

We’re proud to help associations solve problems for good, not just for now. 👷‍♂️💪 And can we take a minute to appreciate the quality of this work? These pros did an incredible job!

🎄 Merry Christmas from Association Improvements!

Most recently, we loved celebrating the holiday season with our friends at the ABOMA Annual Meeting and holiday party. 🎉 What an awesome group!

$5000 for a new unit? We could do better than that... 💪

When a local association had to deal with a leaking hot water tank, their first estimate was for an entire new unit: over $5,000. When Association Improvements got involved, we recommended replacing JUST the leaking pipes for less than $1,000. 🙌

We also discovered that the association wasn't investing in routine tank care or maintenance, putting them at risk for another surprise expense down the road. Our solution? A biannual flushing service agreement to remove mineral deposits and slow corrosion over time. 💦

The takeaways?

✔️ Maintenance matters
✔️ It's important to have a maintenance PARTNER in your corner
