Here's a throwback to a notice we posted during a garage door opening restoration. Every affected unit knew the dates, the hours, and the one thing we needed from them: keep the garage door open. Simple, clear, and posted ahead of time.

Let's talk drainage! 💦

It might be easy to overlook, but managing drainage is crucial for preventing water damage and protecting your buildings (especially during the wetter winter and spring months).

So, what can you do? Here are 3 solutions:

1️⃣ Trenching: creating trenches around buildings helps direct water away from foundations, reducing the risk of flooding and structural damage.

2️⃣ French Drains: French drains are a great way to manage groundwater. They use a perforated pipe surrounded by gravel to redirect water away from problem areas.

3️⃣ Slope of the Grade: Ensuring the ground slopes away from buildings is essential. A proper slope directs water away from structures, preventing pooling and infiltration.

We sponsored the Secret Handshake Competition and for a 2nd conceutive year, Jermaine Theboss Johnson coordinated the prize of Omaha Steaks.

Get ready to light that torch... 🔥 The 2026 CondOlympics are coming to town! 🏋️‍♀️ 🏊‍♀️ 🤸‍♂️ Here's a peek behind the scenes of the 2026 Committee, working hard so we can play hard.

The annual MCD CondOlympics is a party for a seriously good cause. We’re proud to be a sponsor alongside other reputable businesses that service and support the Community Association industry.

There will be tournament winners all day for pool, bags, darts, ping-pong, best dressed, and a portion of the proceeds going to the Special Olympics (more than $250,000 raised over the last 25 years!).
