Here is a remodeling project we just completed. This was two existing additions that was added onto the main house some time ago.
The job was to demo the existing bathroom and combine that space with an adjoining small bedroom to make the bedroom bigger. Then to add the bathroom back into the oversized laundry room, we started by building a new closet (with custom sized door), We move laundry hook up and electrical, built a new shower and installed a vanity and counter tops. We removed the single ceiling light and added 4 recessed lights as well as adding a new GFI outlet, switch and new vanity light over the new vanity. We painted the walls, ceiling and trim. We completed the room by installing 1/4" luan over the existing subfloor and then new Vinyl plank flooring and capped it off with a new barn door.
Next we went to the new bedroom where we patched the ceiling and walls from the wall removal. We then installed a new light switch and 6 new recessed lights in the ceiling. We built a new closet (and installed a closet system) as well as new bi-fold doors. We framed in a new door to the bedroom from the hallway and also a new exterior door that leads to a future deck. We added a new closet light and a switch as well as 3 new outlets in the room. We then ran a new data cable and separated the hall way lights. we finished the room with new trim, paint and vinyl plank flooring.

Hello once again to my friends and neighbors, I just wanted to reach out and thank everyone who supported me in my race for Supervisor. Some of you let me put signs up, Some took the time to engage in conversation as I walked through your neighborhoods, some helped me by talking to your friends and neighbors and some of you just encouraged me. So to all of you and to all of you that voted for me, from the bottom of my heart, Thank you!

Friends and neighbors, in a prior post I explained that a key role of the Supervisor is being the moderator of the Township board. With that said, my 6 years of board experience along with my 25 years of my Contracting business, makes me the most prepared and qualified candidate to fill the position of Township supervisor.
I am posting a letter of recommendation from the current Board President of Canada Creek ranch where I served with her for three years.

I highly endorse Mark Boyce. Mark is someone of high character and great integrity with whom you can
count on for your Township supervisor. Mark has worked effectively with me as a board member of
Canada Creek Ranch where he provided direction and guidance on our long range planning committee.
His knowledge in the building trades helped to guide us on the best decision making regarding the clubs
facility operations including purchases of equipment, contractor bids all the while balancing the practical
needs of the club versus the sometimes lofty desires of our members. His attention to the budget and
overall financial goals of the club were spot on. Mark understands the intricacies of managing large
building projects. Our club is like a small town of 14000 acres with all of the necessary departments that
Mark has become very familiar with such as we have our own road crew, fire department, security and a
very diverse population that hail from many different areas of the state. His insights allows him to
understand the varying views that are expressed and it is his sense of fairness and thoughtfulness that is
able to provide a balanced viewpoint allowing for an appropriate outcome. Mark also has a keen sense
of accountability which results in a strong attention to the budget requirements, the importance of
liabilities and need for accurate record keeping. Mark is someone you can count on as he is trustworthy,
reliable, and willing to work whatever long hours may be required.

Polls are open today 8/2 at the Township hall from 8:30am-4:30pm
Saturday and Sunday 8am-4pm and then on Tuesday 7am-8pm.
Please get out and vote! Mark J. Boyce Township supervisor!

My name is Mark Boyce and I’m running for Argentine Township Supervisor.
One key function of the Township Supervisor is being the moderator of the monthly board meetings; I will be able to step into this role seamlessly with my 6 years of board experience. My first 3-year board term was as a Deacon at the Freedom Center Church in Fenton, for my 2nd 3-year term, I served as a Director at Canada Creek Ranch in Northern Michigan. Brian Rogers is the General Manager/Chief Operating Officer for Canada Creek Ranch, here’s what he has to say about my time on the board;

"To Whom It May Concern,

I am pleased to write this letter supporting Mr. Mark Boyce's candidacy for Argentine Township Supervisor.

During Mark's tenure on the Canada Creek Ranch Association, Inc. Board of Directors, I served as the General Manager and Chief Operating Officer.

Mark Boyce’s dedication to our community is remarkable. As a third-generation member of our club, his family’s legacy and his personal commitment have greatly benefited us. His leadership on the Board showcases his vision and capability.

Mark’s extensive experience in business and as a general contractor with Boyce Construction & Remodeling has equipped him with valuable skills and made a difference at our club. His hands-on involvement in various projects at our club, such as assisting with the construction of one of our shotgun complex pavilions, shows his dedication and expertise.

In conclusion, Mark Boyce’s leadership and involvement make him an excellent candidate for Argentine Township Supervisor. While I don’t reside in the Argentine community, I believe he will bring merit and superior qualities to this township role.

Brian Rogers
GM/COO"
