Nol-Tec Systems welcomes Dustin Bryan and Craig Peters!
Dustin joins is in the role of Mechanical Engineer. Dustin grew up in Hutchinson, MN, where he attended high school and graduated in 2005. He then pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering at South Dakota State University, which he received in 2010. His first job was with Caterpillar's Large Power Systems Division, where he designed natural gas-powered generator engines. He then moved to Caterpillar Forestry to design knuckle boom loaders, before relocating to Astro Engineering & Manufacturing as a Sales Engineer and Project Manager. Dustin later returned to Caterpillar in Brooklyn Park to work on a new line of asphalt paving machines. Subsequently, he accepted a role as a Mechanical Engineer for TC/American Crane Co., designing indoor, overhead cranes for manufacturing facilities.
At Caterpillar, Dustin learned about structure and how standards can streamline and simplify work. At to Astro Engineering & Manufacturing, he studied different metals, metal fabrication processes, and metal finishes. At TC/American, he calculated the size of structural members to avoid metal failures.
In his spare time, Dustin enjoys learning about classic cars, engines, and rebuilding them. He also helps out on a grain farm during planting and harvest seasons. Dustin likes to spend time with his family and travel.
Craig joins is in the role of Mechanical Design Engineer. Craig graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Throughout his career, he has served in various roles for a variety of companies, specializing in problem-solving for new product design and production support. In his free time, Craig enjoys working on trucks and taking his rock crawler off-roading.
