I’m not gonna use AI to write my post or descriptions any more. I feel like the authenticity we had of using our own words, whether grammatically correct or not, is gone. We all rely on AI to make us sound “sophisticated” or “professional” and “smart”. To me it just makes you sound lazy. I want to be real. Because that’s okay to be. Real. It’s okay to make mistakes when you type, none of us are perfect.

That’s besides the point, in this video I wanted to touch on the importance of hiring “professionals” carefully. Most of the time the company you call is undoubtedly amazing….. when the owner was still operating and in the field. Too often these small companies that were honest and trustworthy grow into something big, the owner will most likely stay honest and treat your jobs as if they were his own. But his employees?? I doubt the same thorough management and meticulous work ethic will be coming out of the employee.

There are just some things that are best left to hire in a professional some of them you can do yourself, but just stay aware of the kind of professionals you allow on your home, more on it in the video.

This is something I understand as a business owner myself, and here’s the key difference. If I’m heading to your house to get you heat in the cold or or get you cool in the heat and I get a flat tire,,, I’m gonna get out and change the tire to get to your house and resolve the issues you have.

If I hire somebody and they’re on their way to your house and they get flat tire, they’ll probably just sit there and wait for a tow truck.

Not do***ng on people who do that I would do the same thing to me. We are all human.
