We will be back on regular schedule Monday February 9, 2026. By now everyone should be able to get out and about.

Hours will be:
5:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday - Thursday
or
6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday - Thursday
depending on which time you have originally chosen

Voluntary 1/2 day on Friday for now.

We are discontinuing the 4:00 am start time for the select few for now.

Most everything is good now but threat of freezing rain tonight, probably nothing

Latest road updates that I know of.
85- clear
8- clear
64- clear

Belmont- patchy
Linwood southmont- mostly clear

Nat Conrad- just scraped
Heath church- just scraped

Even though it’s cleared there is a bunch of standing water and run off from scrape piles.

Use your own judgement. We are still on the same schedule.

Schedule for Tuesday is the still the same as today.
I am hearing that the roads that are packed down snow are slicker than this morning.

Our office will be closed today, due to the road conditions.
However, our we are open for employees under optional day.
Details in previous post.

Main highways are in good shape (85/64/8)
some secondary roads are getting better but still covered.
smaller, less used roads are terrible.

Back roads are still bad and mostly untouched.

Linwood southmont and Belmont rd are
still covered with some slushy spots

85 is mostly clear but some patchy and wet (am black ice) spots.

Most city roads are in good shape. Talbert blvd, Fairview dr, and hwy 8 are decent

Everything has already started to re-freeze so AM
Travel will be dangerous. Pay attention and go easy.
I don’t need any of you in an accident. I don’t want to regret opening if someone has an accident.

Chester went down today and cleared some of the driveway and parking lot. We have people scheduled to come and scrape tomorrow, but not at 5 in the morning.

Use your judgement and stay safe.

Schedule for Monday February 2

Optional workday.

NO 4:00 am hours.

Start time is 5:00.

Chester will try to be there around 5 to have the shop open

Once again if you need to wait until daylight or can’t make it we understand.

If you are not coming call in.

Late points will not count against you.

BE SAFE!! Don’t get in a hurry.

We will keep you posted after we see how things look tomorrow.
As of right now Monday will be optional depending on your judgement and same as last week.
If you are late we understand and call in if you are not coming.
