DIS IS EXCITING!!!! Joe Lawhorn your Columbiana County Park District Commissioner and how cool is this. Thanks to Crystal Siembida Boggs / Siembida & Boggs Philanthropic Foundation we now have a sign to place at the mile marker 10 aka Leetonia parking lot for Greenway Trails Which runs from Ashtabula to City of East Liverpool, Ohio ( hopefully their Heritage Trail soon spearheaded by north & East Liverpool Community Partnership for Revitalization ) . Soo excited about this and thankful for Crystal I volunteered to personally dig the hole once she shows the exact location she wants it placed. Also excited to see many more new changes, fundraising events and lots of sponsorship opportunities for your Columbiana County Park District. If you didn't know, the Park District hasn't passed a levy the last 3 times, and we totally run out of money next year. (Perfect time for me to walk into this job🤦‍♂️). Butttt growing up poor and learning to hustle, running a program for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and multiple businesses I am confident with the help of the other boardmembers and great staff we will correct this ship and keep it afloat by generating our own funds. đź¤
