An update for everyone who applied for our 20 TIG welding positions in Arizona, starting by the end of October:
We’ve received over 100 applications and have already begun reaching out in the order they were received. We’ll continue reviewing applications and responding over the next couple of days.
If we haven’t worked with you before, please give us a brief introduction: who you are, your relevant experience, and why you’d be a good fit. Messages like “details boss,” “combo hand ready,” or “ready to go” alone don’t give us enough information to consider your application.
A résumé is a bonus, but isn’t required. Photos of your work are welcome, too. We’ll schedule phone interviews with applicants whose experience fits the work.
If your original message was light on details, or you have additional information to share, please follow up by email, text, or DM—preferably in the same thread so we can keep everything together.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. Our team has spent this three-day weekend in a business workshop, putting in long hours building S3 Welding and closing deals as we prepare for 2028—yes, 2028!
