Chicago Lightworks’ Dan Silenzi joined Brooke Zeolla and Elena Trage (OTJ Architects), Samantha Komber and Sarah Chaplick (Schuler Shook), and Mary Ann Thurby (Vode) for an inspiring trip to Vode’s Sonoma headquarters. 🎯 Leveling up our customer connection game!

Huge congrats to our Lightworks University team who completed 2.5 days of intensive customer-focused selling training.

James Zenor, Patrick McDowell, and Tim O'Sullivan (Indiana Lightworks), Elle Witz (Chicago Lightworks), and Max Taylor (Archetype Services) brought their A-game. They sharpened presentation and sales skills that are core to our strategy. This isn't typical sales training – it's how we build real customer relationships.

The Chicago Lightworks sales team traded our usual territory for WickedBall in Lombard, where we discovered that our lighting expertise doesn't quite carry over to bubble soccer or archery tag. Dodgeball, however, proved to be the great equalizer—and separator of true talent. It was an afternoon filled with competition, laughter, and the kind of team building that reminds us why we work so well together in the field.
