I don’t always drive to far away towns but when I do it’s for a realtor in need! Performed the well inspection on this system and found a bad tank, along with high calcium, iron, and bacteria. Once the buyers closed I got right in to fix everything accordingly before they could move in!

Thursdays are beginning to feel a lot more like Friday’s lately. Received a no water call first thing and replaced the 36 year old Myers with a Franklin submersible. Then proceeded to get another emergency for a failed sewage system at a commercial building. Found both original sewage pumps had failed on an unserviceable slid rail system. Removed both pumps, piping, floats and replaced with a more accessible system. All in a crazy days work!

After years of servicing this nightmare of a system, the new owners agreed to revamp to a significantly more maintenance...

After years of servicing this nightmare of a system, the new owners agreed to revamp to a significantly more maintenance free setup. Removing the chlorine injection, air injection/release, softener and GAC filter. Replaced with a new well tank, ozone filter, softener, and new GAC filter to protect all the new plumbing fixtures and appliances!

This pump was beginning to act up feeding multiple buildings at a local ski area. We were able to get there at 3am, remove the pump on poly, and install a new 2HP 25GPM Franklin with drop pipe, wire, and even had time to watch the sunrise before opening!

Wrapped up the new year with a crazy week. A few treatment jobs, pulling a pump in 0 degree weather, and replacing a failed grinder due to flushable wipes 😂. It’s never a dull moment in this field but I am forever grateful for my loyal customers for always putting their faith in my knowledge and craftsmanship. I’m excited to see what 2026 holds!
