At CMW, we believe leaders aren’t just in the office — they’re in the shop, on the jobsite, and behind every lift, weld, and fit-up. This training gives our crew the tools to lead safer jobs, look out for each other, and make sure everyone goes home safely. Investing in our people is how we protect our people. Congratulations to the September 2026 Employee of the Month: Roger Nicholes! Roger has been a boilermaker for 37 years, and a member of the CMW family for the last 3 and is currently a supervisor in our Western Division. Roger enjoys fishing with friends and family. He has 6 beautiful daughters and 14 grandchildren. Roger gives accolades to his wonderful boilermaker wife that puts up with him being gone all the time. Congratulations Roger!

Happy Heavenly Birthday to our founder, Mr. Hank Varnum.
He passed in 2014, but the standard he set at CMW is alive on every shift. Quality. Integrity. Craftsmanship. That was Hank. That is CMW. Thank you for everything, sir. We’ll take it from here.
