If you think you might have hail or wind damage...even if obvious, you may not have enough to exceed your deductible, or be claim worthy. If you get a partial approval, this can REALLY hurt the claim, making it so you have to pay more out of pocket $$$ 🥺, and a possible denial of payment 🤯.
What to do 🧐? Call US, or your favorite roofer for a FREE and Honest roof and home 🏡 (from storm damage) inspection.

We've had a lot of wonderful rain recently!
Tip: It's a good time to check for tree branches that may be growing too close to your roof, leading to possible damage, animals, bugs, and debris in places you don't want them.

Tip: For those outdoor projects, try to avoid peak heat hours (usually 11AM to 3PM)
Heat stress not only slows work but increases the risk of accidents.

Bonus: your body, tools and materials also perform better when not overheated.

Hello neighbors, as many of you have noticed, we are entering storm season 🌪⛈💦☔️. With the storms sometimes we have hail or strong winds. Here are some things to keep in mind when hiring anyone to work on your roof repairs/replacement:
1-Use local roofers. You don't know how many times I've seen people hiring out of town roofers just to find out that once they are done and gone, they won't honor their warranties, (not going to come back for a $350 + repair).
2-Make sure they are insured. This will help you if there is any big issues during the constructing period. In Texas, contractors do NOT have to be licensed, so being insured is an extra precaution to have.
3-If the first words out of your roofers mouth are "we can waive the deductible" Kick them off of your property. That's insurance fraud and a federal crime. There are ways to move some money around and get creative (ask me how).
