Help Wanted: Heavy Equipment Repair Mechanic
Company: Eagle Construction Company Inc.
Position Type: Full-Time
Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (some days may start earlier or end later)
About the Position
Eagle Construction Company Inc. is seeking a dependable and experienced Heavy Equipment Repair Mechanic to join our team. We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable, hardworking, and ready to be part of a strong crew of construction professionals.
This position works under the direction of our Senior Mechanic and plays a key role in keeping our fleet running safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heavy construction equipment including:
o Loaders
o Dozers
o Backhoes
o Bobcats
o Dump trucks
• Perform engine repairs, drive motor repairs, and hydraulic pump repairs
• Work with CANBUS electronic systems and control modules
• Perform welding as needed
• Pressure Wash equipment as needed
• Maintain clean and organized work areas (good housekeeping)
• Assist Senior Mechanic with daily tasks and projects
Qualifications
• 2-year technical degree in Diesel/Heavy Equipment or related field preferred but not required
• Strong knowledge of heavy construction equipment systems
• Experience with CANBUS electronics and machine modules
• Welding experience required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Not afraid to get dirty and work hands-on
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team of construction workers
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills

Project Manager Employment Opportunity

Job Summary
Eagle Construction Company, Inc. has an immediate opening for a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and ex*****on of construction projects. This position will provide an excellent opportunity for professional development and hands-on experience in construction project management. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the construction industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
* Assist in the planning, coordination, and ex*****on of construction projects from start to finish
* Support project managers in managing schedules, budgets, and resources
* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members to ensure project progress and quality
* Maintain and update project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project plans
* Participate in project meetings and provide status updates to senior project managers and clients
* Monitor project timelines to ensure deadlines are met
* Provide administrative support, including organizing project files and tracking materials and equipment
* Help resolve any issues that arise during the construction process
* Some light daily travel to jobsites

Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience preferred but not necessary
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of project management software (e.g., Procore, Submittal Exchange) is a plus
* Basic understanding of construction processes, materials, and equipment
* Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
* Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred but not required.
* Prior work experience in construction or project management with industrial and commercial work is a plus
* Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations
