The switchgear building has arrived- a major milestone for Benton Washington Regional Public Water Authority new high-service pump station!

The building houses the electrical equipment that will control and distribute power for the 32-million-gallon-per-day station, helping deliver a reliable supply of clean drinking water to Northwest Arkansas’s growing communities.

Great work by Seven Valleys Concrete! We’re looking forward to getting water moving through the station soon. Proud to be part of the team!💧

We enjoyed supporting the City of Hot Springs last week as they received the Diamond Award for Excellence in Environmental Leadership from the Arkansas Environmental Federation for the Lake Ouachita Water Supply Project.💧

The project was designed to deliver raw water from Lake Ouachita to both the new water treatment plant and the existing water treatment plants via gravity flow, saving the City millions of dollars in pumping costs over the project’s lifetime.

Beyond the cost savings, the project demonstrates how thoughtful engineering can conserve energy and reduce demand on the community’s electrical infrastructure. We are proud to have guided the City through this amazing project!

Congratulations to Keegan Pevytoe, a talented Bryant High School student and winner of the graphic arts design contest for Bryant’s new water storage tank!

Crist Engineers’ Matt Dunn enjoyed attending last week’s Bryant School Board meeting to help recognize Keegan and celebrate this exciting achievement. Keegan’s winning artwork will be displayed on the tank’s 83-foot-diameter steel bowl, more than 140 feet in the air - a lasting contribution to the Bryant community!

Congratulations, Keegan! We cannot wait to see your design come to life!💧

Crist Engineers is proud to have partnered with the City of Hot Springs on the Lake Ouachita Water Supply Project, a long-term investment designed to provide a safe, reliable water supply for the community for decades to come.

It’s rewarding to see years of planning, design and construction making a difference when it matters most.

The city of Hot Springs turned on their new water treatment plant in April, and in doing so, they secured Lake Ouachita as a long-term water source.

We had a great time cheering on the Arkansas Travelers last night and enjoying an evening of baseball, good food, and even better company. Always a win when we get to spend time together outside the office!

Last week, we celebrated our 2026 interns with an appreciation lunch to recognize their hard work, growth, and contributions throughout the summer.
